Fast and Efficient
Once the deposit was paid they came out 2 business days later and did the installation which was very impressive.
Panels look tidy on the roof and the inverter has been installed really tidy. Had to make the request to put the inverter on the side of the house as opposed to near the front door where they first recommended but they were happy to go with our preference once they checked it was okay.
You get an app that shows you how muck power you are making that’s easy to use and has some cool features.
When it came to billing there was a couple of additional charges. These were terracotta tiles brackets, which were mentioned in the contract as an additional charge it. Just didn’t stipulate how much so worth asking the question. And the A.C switch. After requesting a review of these charges they were able to look after me a bit more. But from the quoted price it was still really good value.

Fast efficient solar
The service delivery was fast and efficient. The contract installer was professional. The system has been working for about 2 months without problem. The head office team were responsive to all enquiries and worked hard to explain the process. Would recommend.

Absolutely First Class with the whole job !
We had a 6.6 kW solar installed roughly a month ago by Esteem Energy.
From the very first contact I had with Mark White everything ran like clockwork for the whole process,
Mark was more than helpful with his advice and assistance, and it was quite obvious that the whole Esteem team “knew their stuff” and were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional and nothing seemed to be a problem for them.
Their price was an absolute bargain and the way that Mark was able to work in with our preferred dates and get the job done so promptly. was also very much appreciated !

Great team to work with
I had a 8KW system installed – 23 * Risen 440W panels and a Saj 3 Ph 8KW Inverter that ended up being rated to 10KW.
Neil and Jason made the purchase easy and comfortable. Communication was generally very good.
Price was good. Due to the available locations for the panels, I asked for optimisers on each panel which Neil tried to talk me out of as being overkill, but ultimately acceded to my wishes.
Panel and inverter installation went quickly, neatly, and efficiently.
Only hickup was with some additional meterboard work I requested that didn’t quite go according to plan, however the team stuck with me and resolved the problem to my satisfaction without any dispute.
Overall a good team to work with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a solar system.

My engagement started with Mark White. He was thorough, paid attention to detail and took the pain of explaining finer nuances to me. He helped me arrive at what worked best for me at the best price. Unknown to him, I searched for what is available in the market and discovered that he had the best advice and offer for me. I went ahead with Esteem energy and rest of the process was a breeze. Excellent Team
Esteem Energy is a dedicated team. Mark White in sales was highly efficient; a quote was quickly organised, and adjustments were made to include a battery without hassle. Phone calls were quickly attended to. The cost was surprisingly low. Jason Smith did an excellent job coordinating the team and installing the system before the year’s end. Very impressive was the dedication of the installation team; each member was extremely friendly and keen to keep busy, and when they were not needed, they were sent to one of the other installation jobs to help. Gino and Erhan, who completed the electrical installation, were more than happy to put in extra time when delays occurred due to an electrical storm, thus ensuring that the system was up and running before the end-of-year deadline.

The customer service was great. good work, Debbie and priya. Installers were great people. However the workmanship was not quite as expected. Rails installed are in pieces and at places there are gaps in the joins. Product is great. Installation process was quite ok. some communication breakdowns were noticed.

Solar panels look great and Inverter so compact.
The black solar panels were handled with great care, install team wore gloves and cleaned up the area before leaving. The Growatt inverter very compact and easy to use. The installers were terrific, a well drilled team of four who installed the 6.6kW system with ease, in 4hrs.

Amazing team at Esteem Energy
Recently had a 6.6kW solar system installed which met all my criterias. Harry Smith was honest and open with his communication. He was patient and was able to answer all my questions. Jason Smith guided me through the installation process and did an amazing job at providing regular updates through phone calls and text messages. He organised the installers and Gino who did a wonderful job on the day. All this happened in 5 days from start of enquiry. Superb stuff and will highly recommend to others.

Great service - highly recommended
I recently installed a 6.6kw panel system with 10kw battery. The service and communication throughout the process was excellent. Having to navigate and research different providers can be challenging but these guys make it easy for you, thanks to Mark White from Sales and Jason Smith from install team. The installers they use I highly regard, they were so professional and met the specific needs that I required for my house set up. Such a great job setting it all up right up until the end, the installers made sure it was all working properly before they left. Many thanks again to Esteem Energy.
