The team was always available to to answer any questions I had, and they kept me in informed throughout the entire process. During the consultation phase, they were also very flexible and maintained the same fixed price originally agreed upon for 5 months in order for us to get our finances in order. The installation was smooth and efficient, with the crew being very professional. Mark White explained thoroughly to me regarding the panels and inverters and worked out the maximum amount of panels for my roof to generate optimum energy. Gino the sparky did an excellent job hooking up the panels and inverter and was patient enough to answer even the dumbest questions. Thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable. Erhan did an effective task by reaching the most confined spaces under the roof drawing the electrical cables. Last but not the least Jason the engineer guided me step by step to install the SOLIS app and configure the system on my phone for me to check the power generated through solar panels. He was very patient with me at one stage where I couldn’t configure my wifi with the datalogger. With the aid of videos and instructions I successfully hooked up the system with my app. Thanks for your guidance Jason👍😊 Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.
